Foundation for Ageing and Inclusive Development

Ms. Sameena Gul is a Development and humanitarian professional who has worked on rights of older people, children and women throughout her career. She is a postgraduate of University of Manchester, UK. In her career of more than 26 years, she worked for both international and national organizations and developed her area of expertise in strategic planning, governance and accountability, partnership and localization, programme design, development and management and financial management and compliance. She is currently associated with HelpAge International as Head of Localization and is providing oversight and technical support to 13 countries in Middle East, Africa and Asia on localization of its country offices and transition to locally led options. She leads HelpAge’s localisation work across the organisation.
